Parry Bowen’s high quality products typically provide many years of trouble-free service. Most of our windows and doors incorporate sophisticated gearing for opening, locking, and ventilation. Like all advanced products, their lifespan is extended if they are operated and maintained correctly. Please click below to download a copy of our current Operation and Maintenance Manual.

 

If you are experiencing a problem with one of our products, we will investigate and, if necessary, correct the problem. Our Warranty Scheme covers all components and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of installation and remedial visits under this scheme are free of charge. We make a charge for remedial visits if the problem is the result of breakage, misuse or lack of maintenance. To avoid unnecessary callouts we strongly recommend that you read the Operations and Maintenance Manual before requesting a remedial visit. You may request a remedial visit through the automated e-mail below. Please note that you will be issued with a remedial contract that you must complete before the visit can be arranged.

 

Parry Bowen also offers a maintenance service under which we undertake a comprehensive annual service on all Parry Bowen products in your home. You may request a quote for this service through the automated e-mail.
